We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team at the Aquadome Leisure Centre as an Aquadome Receptionist.

For over 90 years, the Merton Hotel has been delighting guests as Jersey's largest resort hotel, offering an unparalleled range of facilities. The hotel boasts 286 bedrooms and 28 self-catering units in various styles, multiple restaurants and bars, and Jersey’s only tropical hotel leisure complex. Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor pools with an 80-metre water slide and FlowRider®, as well as some of the best evening entertainment options for both children and adults. Additionally, the Merton features kids' clubs and nightly entertainment.

What exactly you will be doing

Join the team at the Aquadome Leisure Centre, part of the vibrant Merton Hotel, where fun, energy, and guest satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. As a Receptionist, you will  be the first point of contact for our guests and members, playing a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and safe environment.

In this front-of-house role, you will manage enquiries, process bookings, and check in guests and members, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy working with a friendly, supportive team that is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and great attention to detail. If you're passionate about providing exceptional service and being part of a dynamic leisure environment, we would love to hear from you.
